UFINLIKE the English contest, the 14-.1finals of the Sottish Commercial Vehicle Driver of the Year Competition, to be held at Stockbridge, Linlithgow, tomorrow will include an observed road section and a questionnaire on the Highway Code. There will. be three manceuvring tests. Prizes will be presented by Mr. William Quin, Scottish Licensing Authority.
Contestants will arrive at Stockbridge at 9.30 a.m., and finalists from the preliminary heats will compete at about 3.30 p.m.
