Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN electrical transformer weighing 168 tons, stated to be the heaviest electrical equipment ever to be moved by road, was conveyed by British Road Services last Sunday from Hayes. Middx.. to Iver Heath power station, Bucks. Three 10-wheeled Scammell Constructors were used, one pulling and one pushing, the third being used for uphill gradients. A Crane 200-ton trailer with hydraulic suspension carried the transformer.

The total weight was 320 tons. Although the direct distance was only six miles, a detour of almost 40 miles was necessary. Police cleared the roads and at Farnham Road, Slough, a bridge was shored up for safety_
