Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

COACH .drivers who intend to compete for the prizes which are to be won in The Commercial Motor Coach Competition-roust do so quickly. The competition -closes on October 3rd, and all entries must reach us by the first post on that day.

A fair number of letters under the heading of " How I Think My Coach Could be Improved," has been received, but the average standard is not so high as we could, wish. There is, therefore, still a chance for enterprising drivers with ideas en this subject to get honourably placed in the competition. The great thing for competitors to bear in mind is that they .should stick to the point, and confine their remarks to the subject under consideration. The object of the competition is to unearth really useful auggestions for improving the 'coaches of the present day. We want to know what features, both of chaSsis and coachwork, drivers have found, in practical everyday experience, to need improvement. And thenwe want to know. their ideas as to how the desirable improvernentsi could actually be carried out. • The valuable cash prizes offered are: 210 for the Jotter which, in the opinion of the Editor, contains the best -suggestion ; 25 and 23 for the second and third best letters respectively; whilst we shall give ten consolation prizes of .21 each to the writers of the best letters who do not receive prizes.

We want such drivers to write a short letter under this heading, "How I Think My Coach Could Be Improved," and then to fill in the coupon printed on this page and send it, with the letter, to The

,Editor of The Commercial Motor, 745, Rosetiery Avenue, London, E.C.1, marking theenvelope "Coach Competition" (do not forget to do that).

No one need hesitate to enter because "is not much of a hand at letter writing." We are quite prepared to put his letter into shape for publication.
