SEDDON BUSY ON EXPORTS

A SUBSTANTIAL number of Seddon ri passenger chassis with vertical underfloor engines had been sold abroad, said Mr. R. H. Seddon, chairman of Seddon Diesel Vehicles, Ltd., at the company's annual meeting at Oldham on Monday. Most of the chassis were equipped with Seddon bodywork.

Tests of the prototype normal-control 8-tanner, shipped to Spain last July, had been satisfactory. Overseas orders alone would. keep the assembly line devoted to the 8-tonner busy for some time. Mr. Seddon looked to the future with confidence.

BIGGER GENEVA SHOW

AT next year's Geneva Show, to be held from March 11-21, there will be 2,000 sq. yd. greater exhibition space than in 1953. To meet all requirements, yet another 2,500 sq. yd. would be needed.
