Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FOR the first time the travelling public will, this summer, have an opportunity of going "behind the scenes" when London Transport introduces a pilot scheme of visits to key establishments. One of the locations to be opened to the public will be the Chiswick Works, the visit including a demonstration on the famous "skid patch".

The visits will last from 1+ to 2 hours, parties will be limited to a minimum of 12 and maximum of 35, and the minimum age for visitors is 15. Details of the scheme are available from the public relations department of LTB. Visits to Chiswick are scheduled for June 16 and 30, July 14, August 4 and 18 and September I.
