Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

COMPLETE factory is to be moved 450 miles by British Railways Freightliners from London to the new town of Glenrothes in Fife, Scotland. A fleet of 67 Freightliner containers will start the day-andnight operation on May 31 and finish the job on June 9.

A contract for this move was secured in competition by the Bishops Move Group, one of the largest furniture removers in Britain, which in turn has engaged Freightliners for the job, using the railways' own container-carrying road vehicles for collection and delivery at both ends.

The factory to be moved is that of Thomas Salter Ltd., makers of toys, games and sports goods, and Bishops will cope with the handling and packing at the London end whilst a subsidiary of theirs, John H. Lunn Ltd., will handle the move at the Scottish end.

Collection, in Freightliner containers, will be made from five different premises of the factory all within two miles of each other in north London.

The 400-mile rail journey will be completed in about 81 hours. Loaded containers will be transferred from road to Freightliners at the London terminal in York Way and back to road vehicles at the Glasgow terminal, from where there will be a 24—hour road journey to Glenrothes.
