Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE Spring Transport Festival at the Museum of Transport, Boyle Street, Cheetham, Manchester, has become so popular in its three year's existence that, I am told, many bus and coach operators will be running trips to it next month. Others who would like to do so should tell the festival organiser at the museum. The dates are April 3-4.

There will be a competition, open to anyone, for scale models of road vehicles; preserved vehicles apart from the museum exhibits; six railway and two tram layouts, all working, and a host of other attractions. Ignoring inflation, the promotors have maintained last year's reasonable admission charges of 50p for adults and 25p for children and pensioners.
