In the office by 8am. Open up the training rooms and eagerly await trainees' arrival. By 9am, everybodys in and the courses have started. it's back on the phones for most of the morning, contacting existing customers ensuring that all their training requirements are met. Most important day for most people in the office as the wages are sent for processing. Take a call from a transport company which is interested in 'in company" radioactive driver training for some of their staff. After an initial conversation it is agreed that I should pop up and speak to them in person and get a better idea of their requirement and how we may help. Meeting went well and happy to say that the deal was done within two hours of the initial enquiry.
