Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Monday is typically the first day eta course for most of our trainees, so the first thing to do is meet, greet and register all trainees. Today is especially busy as we are running a number of courses: Certificate of Professional Competence, dangerous goods driver training, HGV and a Working Time Directive seminar (designed to inform the customer of the implications of the WTO to the transport industry).

Upon arrival HGV trainees are given a free cup of coffee as our way of welcoming them. We emphasise that the coffee is free as long as it's the only one they have—too much caffeine causes them to bounce off the cab walls? Once all the trainees have been introduced, it's time to get on the phones and try to generate new business. Cold calling is not the most desirable aspect of my work; however it can, if delivered in the correct fashion, prove to be a valuable source of income. This exercise takes up most of the morning with a certain degree of success: two dangerous goods and a fork-lift truck booking make it all worthwhile. Once the sales calls have ended it's time to deal with any other outstanding issues or customer queries.
