Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

In very early to arrange the HGV tests with the Driving Standards Agency. Today is the day for booking tests for a Friday. The word 'nightmare' comes to mind when booking HGV tests as all the other training companies also want a test on a Friday, and with the DSA, its first come first served. The fun starts at Sam. By13:15pm all tests are successfully booked. Today is the day I write our newsletter Keeping Track. This consists of transport-related news, new course details and a guide to forthcoming course dates etc. It's a useful quick reference guide for new and established customers alike. Time is taken to call trainees booked in for the following week to ensure they are ready and deal with any questions they may have regarding their courses. As the day unfolds we start to get the HGV test results: three passes and one failure due to forgetting to stop at a red light. We arrange a re-test for the failure; no extra training required as, bar his mistake, he is an excellent driver, lime passes and before you know it it's 5.30pm. We like to offer customers the benefit of contacting us 24/7. At the end of each daythe phones are diverted to someone who is competent, intelligent, sophisticated and highly informative... the MD!
