Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A number of West Country truck dealers are being reorganised following allegations of inflexible pricing by Seddon Atkinson and ERF's recent takeover by Western Star.

As part of the ERF revamp some of the staff from ERF Bristol will transfer to SA Trucks as the manufacturer's wholly owned dealer closes. SA Trucks will also take over the ERF dealership from Exeter-based Frank Tucker (Commercials), which has ended its franchise.

SA Trucks has switched to ERF after complaints over Seddon Atkinson's truck prices and because it is encouraged by the takeover of ERF by Canadian manufacturer Western Star.

But Seddon Atkinson denies any pricing problems. "We always try to support out products with a competitive pricing structure, as any manufacturer would." it says.
