ohn Everett has been promoted to general manager of TNT Road Express in Europe. He continues to be based in Amsterdam where he is responsible for the division's profit as well as its operation. Prior to this Everett had a dual role as director of corporate development and general manager of newly-formed TNT Automotive International. He joined TNT more than 10 years ago as national sales and marketing man ager of TNT Overnite, moving on to TNT Skypak in 1983 as regional director. Everett moved to Amsterdam in July 1986 as European sales 'and marketing manager. In 1987 he was promoted to general manager of TNT Express Europe.
