• Stephen Bodger will become group finance director of the Transport Development Group, when David Homer retires at the end of June.
Bodger will join from defence and aviation firm ML Holdings, where he has been group finance director since 1987. He was previously finance director of Crown House, an engineering, property and retail goods group.
