Bus gas • A hydrogen-powered bus is undergoing trials in Switzerland. It has been developed by Universal Products of Enfield, Daimler-Benz and a Swiss research institute.
Strike stopped • Nearly 1,200 staff at London Forest Travel called off a one-day strike last Thursday as management agreed to negotiate on its proposal for an 18% pay cut and a two-hour increase to the working week.
