Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Congleton-based bodybuilder Boalloy says exports of semitrailer kits to its four Continental subsidiaries are keeping its production lines busy while the UK market stagnates.

Boalloy is sending 30 of the kits to its companies in Holland, Spain, France and Germany each week, but is building only 20 semi-trailers a week for the UK market. A year ago Boalloy was making up to 55 Tautliner semis for Britain, while, abroad, its sister firms were buying their own materials locally. It set up a plant to manufacture the kits for export last September.

Boalloy, which officially unveiled its Dutch factory in Alphen last week, says it has sold 100 of its latest standard box body — the Van — which was launched in March (CM 4-10 April).
