A TOTAL of 86 charges allegin breaches of the drivers' hour: records and distance regulation against associated companie W. Carter (Haulage) Ltd and CE (Engineering) Ltd and 12 of thei drivers has been adjourned 1:r the Woodbridge, Suffolk Magistrates until late July.
The drivers face six hours, 1' records, and 24 distance charges. W. Carter is charge( with committing one record: and 19 distance offences, an CEL with committing one hours 13 records, and five distance of fences.
Pleas of not' guilty were en• tered.
