Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Scania distributor Union Trucks has pumped £1.4m into now premises at Washington, Tyne & Wear.

The 3.5-acre site combines the firm's head office with a sales, service, and parts operation. "Our headquarters administrative staff have transferred to Washington from our ciiingworth depot, freeing up much-needed office space," says Union managing director Simon Dykes.

Union Trucks Washington offers a sixbay workshop with facilities including tachograph calibration and brake testing. "The workshop investment reflects the growth in our contracts business, and the increasing demand from operators asking us to provide them with a one-stop service centre," says Dykes.

Union's other sites are at Newcastle upon Tyne, Darlington, and Thirsk. The Washington depot will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week; Dave Williams has been appointed as its general manager. The depot is on the 41231, just off the 419, on the Pattison Industrial Estate.
