Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Go through cash sales account, chase outstanding cash. Slow payers are often part of a chain; they may be waiting for their money too. Then a long look at health and safety issues on workshop equipment checks to keep things safe and tidy. With a team of 14 mechanics, three apprentices and a foreman, we all need to pull in the same direction. Getting that to happen is probably the most enjoyable part of my job. Check work in progress, check throughput, sign off purchase invoices, checking all costs are correct. We've seen a big increase in maintenance and repair contracts, so I spend time checking off the billing. Discuss workload with the foreman rearranging jobs to suit customers' requirements. Then to dinner with the workshop lads to discuss any problems or requirements. Always a useful meeting this, away from the bustle of the day. Return to work at 20:45hrs to see the night shift. Go through any changes and discuss any problems. We are open 24 hours a day Monday to Friday, which we regard as essential.
