Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

HALLETT SILBERMANN has transported a new yacht, manufactured by Princess Yachts International, to the 2011 London International Boat Show for its world debut.

A 1,000-tonne lifting-capacity crane – with a boom reach of more than 43m – lifted the 32m-long, 13m-high vessel from the Royal Victoria Dock on the River Thames.

The laden vehicle, with a gross weight of 150 tonnes, then travelled to the adjacent ExCel Exhibition Hall.

It was carefully steered in freezing cold, wintry conditions through the South Hall exhibition doors and positioned in the new boardwalk arena section.
