● On 1 February, a PI will consider disciplinary action against Intermodal Property Holdings, based in Rainham, Essex. The TC will also look at the repute of the transport manager.
● The same day, a PI will look at disciplinary action against related company Behzad Fuels (UK) based in Rainham, and the repute of the transport manager.
● PB Donoghue (Haulage and Plant Hire) based in Cricklewood, London, has submitted a variation application that will be looked at by the TC on 9 February.
● Disciplinary action against Pape Logistics, based in Erith, Kent, will be considered at a hearing on 17 February, as well as the repute of the transport manager.
● A PI on 18 February will consider disciplinary action against N Davis and Son (Dairies) based in Dereham, Norfolk. The repute of the transport manager will also be up for consideration during the hearing.
