Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ODUCTION AND deliveries eading trailer maker SDC are .tly to be hit following a major at its main factory in Toomage, Northern Ireland earlier ; month.

he blaze started in one of the nt booths after a high-pressure .e ruptured. It quickly spread SDC boss Don Campbell says ryone was evacuated without casualties and the fire service n got the blaze under control. The plant was back working normally within 24 hours. Campbell accepts there will inevitably be some back-up in trailer produc tion but he adds: "At most I'd hope to lose a week's production. We've already been able to relocate some of the work to other work stations and plants within the group and two-thirds of the paintshop is still operating normally" • Transport consultant and expert witness Stan Thomas is keen to speak to any UK operators who may still have a Cartwright Drawbar trailer manufactured around 1992 in their fleet or yard. The trailer must have a ratchettype mechanical hand brake.Thomas needs to inspect and photograph the mechanical handbrake mechanism, but says any trailer need not be in service or even movable — provided the mechanism is still in situ.

Thomas says he will recompense anyone who can provide him with access to such a trailer.
