Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Franchised heavy truck dealers hoping to add a light commercial franchise to their operation could do worse than ring Danny Fisher. He's managing director of Motor Vehicle Industries (MVO, which distributes Tatas in the UK having acquired the concession from lnchcape last autumn. Fisher, a former merchant banker, set up the Australian national distributorship for Hyundai and ran it with considerable success for eight years. Some 700 Iota Loadbeta pickups were sold in Britain in 1999; Fisher plans to boost registrations to around 1,000 this year. "The ability to reclaim VAT on double-cab pickups with a payload of over a tonne should help, and both our double cabs fall into this category," he says.
