Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Intrepid explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes is certainly no home bod. St Valentine's day sees the start of his latest adventure, Excel Logistics North Pole, to raise 21 million for The Cancer Research Campaign. This time Sir Ranulph is attempting to become the first solo, unsupported explorer to reach the North Pole by the direct route. Exel Executive vice-president Mike Parrish explains why the company is so keen to give its backing to the explorer: "First, we are passionately supportive Of his commitment to raise one million pounds for charity. Second, we want to support a bid that owes as much to precision logistics and planning as it does to courage and stamina."
