VIKING SHIPPING Services is the first company to take up warehouse space at the Garonor distribution site in Leeds.
It has taken a 14,520sqft warehouse on the 45-acre site which has been leased to Garonor (UK) Ltd by British Rail, and which is adjacent to the Leeds Freightliner and Containerbase depots. Rail access will be provided as soon as a tenant requires it and can provide sufficient traffic.
