Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE BIRMINGHAM-based UK division of CR Industries is running a special offer on its Heatstar ether starting system designed to aid diesel engine starting in freezing or near freezing conditions.

Cost of the ether starter is £35 and for this winter CR is offering two spare cylinders for the price of one, at £4. The cylinders are compatible with other manufacturers' systems.

Ether starter is part of the CR Heatstar range of aids to cold weather operation. The Heatstar ether starter injects a controlled amount of ether into the cylinders thereby providing a "superfuel" during starting. It is push-button controlled from the driver's cab and comes in a complete, easy to install kit. CR Industrial Products Ltd, Unit 30, Elmdon Trading Estate, Marston Green, Birmingham B37 7HE.
