Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

COMMERCIAL vehicle sales will rise by about 10,000 this year, an increase of around five per cent on last year's 218,000 total, according to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders.

A spokesman told CM that the light commercial sector will experience a lower increase, of about three per cent, while the hitherto severely depressed heavy commercial sector will grow by over eight per cent.

Similarly, importers' share of the market is likely to drop slightly in the light sector and grow in the heavy sector, with an overall drop from last year's 31.4 per cent share to just over 30 per cent.
