Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A FRENCH lorry driver spent a night in Bedford prison's remand wing this week after being remanded on £1,500 bail following the deaths of a family of five in a motorway crash near Newport Pagnell on Sunday night.

Aime Blanc, 33, from Drome, near Lyons, France, appeared at Newport Pagnell magistrates' court on Monday charged with the manslaughter of the dead family. Prosecuting Inspector Geoffrey James of Thames Valley police, told the magistrates that the charge of manslaughter would almost certainly be reduced to a lesser one when the case was heard.

The accident happened on MI northbound when a father, mother and three children, including a baby were crushed when the lorry was in collision with their car. Neither the car nor the family have yet been identified.
