• NFC Car Lease has promoted Bob Filer to the post of maintenance manager.
Based at the company's headquarters in Leamington Spa, Filer will be responsible for maintenance of the company's 1,700-plus vehicle fleet.
He joined NFC Car Lease in October 1985 as maintenance controller and before that had worked as workshop foreman for a Coventry-based garage.
