Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

0 potted by one of my eagle-eyed spies was this crane bearing the name of one of Wales's most distinguished sons, the poet Dylan Thomas, Unfortunately there is no connection as I am told that this Dylan Thomas, from Cenarth near Newcastle Emlyn in west Wales, is no relation to the boozy bard.
