Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Ride and Drive for Police is an event to promote harmonious relations between hauliers and the force. Derek Lanham, chairman of the Redland Owner-Drivers Group in the North-East, is organising a day where police from the area will be invited to drive all kinds of vehicles, giving them a better understanding of a trucker's lot.

The organisers will be providing 15 of their own vehicles and the commercial boys, including Mercedes-Benz and Leyland Daf, have promised to show up. The day will be of special benefit to those police officers who hold HGV licences, but rarely get the chance to drive, unless required to move a vehicle from the scene of an incident. For their part the police have promised that truckers can have a go in their squad cars. You can count me in; the Hawk has always wanted to burn rubber in a icin, sandwich.

Ride and Drive for Police will take place on 1 November between 10am and ttorn, at a venue yet to be confirmec, although RAF Catterick is first choice. The organiser says that if it is a success it will become an annual event.
