• Acclaim Parcel Express is looking for more licensees for its nationwide delivery service. Acclaim was set up at the beginning of the year and already has 54 independent depots.
The Tipton-based company, which performed well in Commercial Motor's latest annual parcels survey (CM 6-12 Aug), is appealing to local delivery firms who would like to plug into a network extending across the country.
Licensees operate under their own names but Acclaim says they will End the use of its logo beneficial.
Acclaim emphasises its security arrangements as a selling point; licence fees vary by area.
