Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FARMERS' CO-OPERATIVE group Midland Shires Farmers has just taken delivery of the first two Kooi-Aap piggy-back forklifts to be sold through the sole UK distributor Joloda Loading Systems of Liverpool.

The fork lifts, which are carried on Seddon Atkinson 300 Series six-wheel rigids, add one metre to the overall vehicle length and slightly under one tonne to its overall weight.

Both Kooi-Aap machines are standard pedestrian-operated three-wheel units with singlewheel hydrostatic drive. Power is provided by a 9kW (12bhp) Kohler petrol engine and each forklift has a lifting capacity of two tonnes.
