Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE MI in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire is now free of contra-fiwo traffic.

However, a 4krn (2.5 mile) long stretch of contra-flow remains on the southbound carriageway of the Ml between junctions 15 (Collingtree) and 16 (Heyford) in Northamptonshire until November while the northbound carriageway is reconstructed.

Peak period delays are likely there and also on the southbound carriageway between junctions 17 (M45, Kilsby) and 18 (Crick) while about 4.8km (3 miles) of the southbound hard shoulder are reconstructed.

There will be no contra-flow on this section and most work will be at night, when the southbound carriageway will be reduced to one lane between the junctions between 8prn and 7am from Monday to Saturday. At least two lanes will be open to traffic at all other times.
