Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

EAST ANGLIAN removal company Abels of Watton is spending £300,000 on a 17,000 sqft expansion of its premises in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

Work starts this weekend on the site, which will accommodate between six and 10 additional vehicles when it is completed next year, and could offer as many as 17 extra jobs. At present, 17 are employed there.

Abels employs 120 at its Norfolk headquarters and first moved into Huntingdon in 1981 when it took over the local business of Elphicks.

The expanded site will have facilities for containerised storage, export packing, crate making, workshops and vehicle repairs, and is being designed to suit its exact requirements.
