Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DRIVERS of vehicles first registered before September 1974 and which have been off the road since then will lose their entitlement to their vehicle's original registration mark unless they take action before November 30.

To retain the registration mark owners of such vehicles should replace the old-style green log book for an updated computerproduced blue registration document.

After November 30 the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Centre will not longer accept applications to record these vehicles under their original mark. Old vehicles will still be able to be given different marks, usually appropriate to their age.
