As drivers cross the Bulgariar border they are handed a leaflet containing a particularl rigid road safety rule. It says: When a red signal has been given on the safety light, bending to the right is strictly prohibited.
And the leaflet concludes: The transport control organs the Ministry of the Interior ar6 calling upon you for keeping strictly the rules and wishes you a jolly good time in the People's Republic of Bulgaria.
