BUS passengers in Nottingham, Derby, and Chesterfield will soon have "music as they ride."
Nottingham at present has equipment fitted to about 20 buses, but this will not be used until 30 more are equipped next month.
Preliminary tests have shown that passengers like the music very much — and the operators like the revenue from selling advertising space on the music tapes, said to be about E5,000 from each bus per year.
