UNEMPLOYED driver Eddie Munro has still been unable to give away a £500 reward to anyone who will offer him a job.

The cash is sitting in his bank account more than five weeks after his wife Margaret posted the reward in exchange for work.

"We are all a bit fed-up by now," explained Mrs Munro.

Mr Munro, of Appleby in Cumbria, has been a driver all his working life and found himself on the dole earlier this year when his contract ran out.
