[2962] (Covent Garden).—The Ministry of Munitions has been dealing with " releases ' for some weeks; hence the delay. You should apply in the first instance to Captain C. V. Hofbrook, A.S.C., Q.M.G.3, War Office, S.W. All applications have to pass through that Department first, and such matters were certainly handled with -creditable expedition before dual control was ordered.
