One of the most troublesome of _traffic problems, and one that will have eventually to be faced, is that which concerns the slow traffic in crowded thoroughfares. From an economic point of view, in the broadest sense, the advantage of the...motor lies in its speed. If slower-moving vehicles could be eliminated the motor's -capacity would increase by 50 per cent. Why, then, in the name of all that stands for common sense, should a type of machine be delibeaately encouraged which does more than any other to block
