• Owner Operators UK will hold a meeting on 29 September at the Angel Hotel, Abergavenny to help small operators combat the "appalling conditions" in haulage. The organisers hope to pinpoint some problems specific to Wales and discuss possible solutions.
The meeting starts at 10:30hrs.
