Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Pirelli has developed a range of low-cost tyres for two-axle trucks on multi-drop urban delivery work. The FR11 steered axle and TR21 drive axle tyres incorporate toughened sidewalls to cope with kerbing damage.

Rubber inserts beneath the shoulder help dissipate the heat caused by intensive manoeuvring; the tread pattern is designed to resist lateral forces. A 'zero degree' system with twin belts running round the circumference is used to provide a flatter profile to the footprint.

The tyres are available in various widths for 22.5in wheels and will cost about 20% less than premium models designed for long-distance highway work.
