AN OBJECTION from a neighbour to an application for a psi/ operator's licence by K Line Travel Ltd, of Huddersfield, led to conditions being imposed by the Yorkshire Traffic Commissioners.

Maji-Gen Carpenter said that ir his view "maintenance" in cluded washing and cleaning.

Mr Parker said the minibus kept at Lockwood Road or at thr home of a driver at the week ends when it was doing othe work.

Maj-Gen Carpenter said it i open to the local council to bar bus parking in Hollybank Ave nue if it felt it was necessary, bu the council had not done so.
