Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Colin Burrows, the CMLDoY champion, attended this year's Fleet Management Conference last week; this week he is off on his European Study Tour. Life is a bit hectic for the new champion at the moment and indeed his immediate boss Ron Austin was telling me at the London Hilton that he has never known so much traffic in and out of his office since Colin's victory.

Esso Newsiline, which carried the story of his success on its September 10 front page, is just one more publication which

reproduces the seemingly ever-smiling Colin. So the event which took place on September 7 was just three days later published in a house magazine with pictures in 'colour. Indeed, speed seems 'to 'have surrounded the news of Colin's achievement in some respects ; two of his colleagues at the West London Terminal were in Athens the day after the event and they knew of the victory before those who were at home in Middlesex. It seems that BBC World Service appreciates the importance of this CM event.
