Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FIFTY Scottish Bus Group double-deckers are to have music and adverts broadcast on the upper deck. Each bus will have eight speakers fitted.

Buses in Edinburgh, Dalkeith and Musselburgh will be operating the system from the end of this month, and may well be followed by others from the 2,000-strong decker fleet.

Mr Ian Irwin, chairman of the SBG, said that the company was hoping for a good financial return from the new venture. "It is a determined effort by the group to increase its revenue wherever possible and Ito help keep the cost of our operation down ,as a result," he said.

A survey made by the advertising company ruled out the broadcast of both pop music and Scottish music as they were Unacceptable to passengers.
