Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TO-MORROW some 40 members of

the Swedish Road Haulage Association (S.L.F.) will arrive at Tilbury on the famous "Saga," the leader being Mr. Ceve Bystrom. Accompanying them will be Mr. Sten Mellgren, Editor of the Association's journal " Lastbilen." The purpose is to study phases of road transport and commercial-vehicle production. The arrangements have been made by the Institute of Road Transport Engineers, a party of over 50 of which body paid a similar visit to Sweden last October.

The "Saga" will be met by a motor yacht carrying the Swedish and British flags and the pennant of the I.R.T.E. The same evening they will go to a show at the Victoria Palace.

On Sunday they will be taken in cars belonging to members of the I.R.T.E., to beauty spots near London. but Monday will be spent with the Associated F.quipment Co., Ltd., at Souffiall.

On Tuesday they will divide into morning and afternoon parties to visit the overhaul works, etc., of the London Passenger 'Transport Board, all, however, joining for luncheon.

Next day there will be a tour to Windsor and luncheon as guests of the Champion Sparking Plug Co., Ltd., the works of which will be inspected during the afternoon. The evening will be spent at the Palladium.

Thursday morning the party visits the premises of Hay's Wharf Cartage Co., Ltd. At luncheon the S.L.F. will be the guests of the Road Haulage Association, when the Minister of Transport will be present. In the evening they will visit the Wembley Speedway at the invitation of Sir Arthur Elvin.

Coaches will take them to Dagenham for a tour of the works of the Ford Motor Co., Ltd., on Friday, following which there will be an informal farewell evening
