Glasgow's Posthouse Hotel played host to the RHA's Scotland & Northern Ireland Region for its annual night on the town. It was an opportunity for new regional chairman Val Smith, general manager of Bondelivery, Belfast, to make her mark in a rousing speech in which she repeatedly thumped the lectern to make her point.
