• DeVilbiss's new Airodrynamie air dryer system is said to dry resprayed panels as quickly as infra-red units, and is considerably cheaper.
The heart of the system is the DMG Drynamic gun, which can increase the volume of compressed air supplied. it can be used as a single hand-held unit, or in clusters of up to four guns using swivelling self-sealing connectors. Each gun filters the air to prevent any contamina tion of the paint finish.
Individual drier guns are mounted on an adjustable frame, which directs the air where it is needed.
With two or three guns in concert, the working envelope can be arranged to suit a small vehicle or made high enough to accommodate a large van or 4x4.
