CITYSPRINT HAS made its third acquisition in 14 months by buying Warwickshire-based On The Dot Courier for an undisclosed sum.
Since 20 November, On The Dot has traded as CitySprint, with 14 couriers transferring to the firm's Midlands centre in Warwick. Stefan Law, a founder of On The Dot, has also transferred.
CitySprint bought Telford, Shropshire-based Jaguar Couriers in August and Birmingham-based PBS Deliveries in October 2008.
-Our Midlands fleet has increased by 50%, approaching 150 dedicated couriers," says Ben Haynes, CitySprint's managing director regions.
