Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CARRIER TRANSICOLD. which is based in Warrington, intends to add value to its repair and maintenance programme with an online service history certificate for its refrigeration units It means operators buying a second-hand reefer with a Carrier Transicold fridge unit maintained by the manufacturer will have a Coldcare certificate confirming the Carrier 'fransicold Golden Cold maintenance schedule, and any parts that have been replaced are genuine.

With no annual service requirements needed for fridge units, repair and maintenance programmes are seen as good practice.

Dealers selling a trailer can print off a copy of the certificate from the Carrier Transicold wehsite.

Scott Dargan, UK operations director, says introducing the system will add value into the contract maintenance model.

He adds:"When we sell a unit, a certificate says the machine has been on a manufacturer contract, it has had factorytrained technicians work on it, and that genuine spare parts have been fitted.
